User Agreement

1. Terms and definitions

Taya.az or Site — agro products (seeds, fertilizers, animals, equipment, etc.) purchase and sale platform located at https://taya.az/.
Administration — the legal entity that owns the Taya.az platform.

User — persons using the Site.

Personal cabinet — User's individual account section.

Announcement — Agro product or service offer.

Product — Agro products and services sold on the Site.

Personal account — Funds balance for paid services. (Other terms are interpreted in the sense arising from the text.)

2. General provisions

2.1. This Agreement regulates the relationship between the Administration and Users.

2.2. By using the Site, the User is considered to have accepted all the terms of this Agreement and the Privacy Policy.

2.3. The Administration has the right to change the Agreement unilaterally. The change comes into effect from the day it is published on the Site.

2.4. If the User violates the rules, the Administration has the right to block or restrict their account.

3. Ad placement

3.1. Users can place agro product ads on the Site.

3.2. Before placing an ad, the phone number is verified.

3.3. The User must provide honest and full information in the ad.

3.4. Ads must not contradict legislation, moral norms, and the rights of third parties.

3.5. By placing an ad, the User gives the Administration the right to use materials (images, text, etc.) free of charge and indefinitely.

3.6. The Administration has the right to edit, change the category, or stop ads.

4. Paid services for ad promotion

4.1. Paid services are activated after payment is made.

4.2. Paid amounts are not refunded (except for cases provided by law).

4.3. The Administration has the right to change the price of services.

5. Payment

5.1. All prices are shown including VAT.

5.2. Service is provided after payment is fully transferred.

5.3. Payments for ads that violate the rules may be refunded.

6. Personal account and bonuses

6.1. The User can increase their balance.

6.2. Bonuses may be given during package purchase.

6.3. Bonuses are used only within the Site and their duration is limited.

6.4. Bonuses of a User who violates the rules may be canceled.

7. "Messages" service

7.1. Messages should only be used for the purchase and sale of agro products.

7.2. The Administration has the right to check messages for rule violations.

8. Communication

8.1. The Administration can send notifications, news, and advertisements to Users.

8.2. The User can opt-out of these mailings at any time.

9. Use of the Site

9.1. The software and design of the Site are the property of the Administration.

9.2. The User must use the Site only for legal purposes.

9.3. Robots, automatic programs, or actions that interfere with the normal operation of the Site are prohibited.

10. Limitation of liability

10.1. Taya.az is only an ad placement platform, not a party to purchase and sale transactions.

10.2. The Administration is not responsible for disputes, damages, or losses arising between Users.

10.3. The User is fully responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information provided.

11. Cancellation of Personal cabinet

11.1. The User can cancel their Personal cabinet at any time.

11.2. Within 30 days after cancellation, new registration with the same phone number will not be possible.

12. Other terms

12.1. This Agreement enters into force from the moment you start using the Site and is indefinite.

12.2. Disputes are resolved through negotiations; if not possible, they are resolved in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
