Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy (hereinafter “Policy”) is an integral part of the User Agreement (hereinafter “Agreement”) of the taya.az Site.

1. Subject

1.1. This Policy defines the rules for obtaining, storing, processing, using, disclosing, and protecting the User's personal data.

1.2. The personal database of Users is located at the Administration's internet address.

1.3. The administrator of the personal data database is the Administration.

2. Processing of personal data

2.1. Processing of personal data refers to operations performed on personal data (collection, use, registration, systematization, storage, modification, transfer, destruction, etc.).

2.2. The purposes of processing personal data are as follows:

2.2.1. improving agro product purchase and sale services on the taya.az platform and obtaining statistical data;

2.2.2. expanding the range of services;

2.2.3. sending information and advertising messages from the Site or third parties (new opportunities, promotions, discounts, and news related to the agro sector);

2.2.4. preventing illegal or unauthorized actions of Users or third parties;

2.2.5. complying with the requirements of current legislation.

3. Collection of User information

3.1. User's personal data is collected based on their consent in the following cases:

3.1.1. when filling out a form during the publication of an agro product announcement or a purchase-sale transaction;

3.1.2. when registering or logging into the Site;

3.1.3. during subscription to newsletters and notifications;

3.1.4. during surveys;

3.1.5. in other cases of using the Site.

3.2. The User provides personal data and other information about themselves freely and voluntarily and thereby consents to the processing of such information by the Administration, as well as by third parties acting on the Administration's instructions.

3.3. The Site collects the following information:

3.3.1. personal data entered by the User (name, surname, email, phone number, password, place of residence, address, etc.);

3.3.2. information in the profile when logging in through a social network profile;

3.3.3. technical information automatically collected during access to the Site (IP address, browser information, etc.).

3.4. The Administration does not collect or process sensitive information such as race, ethnic origin, political, religious views, health, sexual life, biometric and genetic data.

3.5. The Administration does not sell, rent, or unauthorizedly transfer Users' personal data to third parties. Transfer of data is carried out only with the User's consent or in cases provided by law.

3.6. The Administration may share data with service providers and partners (payment systems, logistics companies, hosting, etc.) only on the basis of a contract.

 

 

4. Rights and obligations of the parties User's rights and obligations

4.1. Data of other Users obtained from the Site can only be used for the execution of agro product purchase and sale contracts.

4.2. The User can change, correct, or delete their personal data at any time.

4.3. They undertake to use another User's data only with their consent.

4.4. Using the contact information of other Users to send advertisements or unsolicited messages is prohibited. Administration's rights and obligations

4.5. The Administration takes all necessary measures to protect the User's personal data from unauthorized access.

4.6. Data is stored on protected servers.

4.7. The User may request the complete deletion of their personal data. In this case, the account will be closed and use of the Site may not be possible.

4.8. The User is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.

5. Cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies

5.1–5.12. 6. Changes to the Policy

6.1. The Administration may unilaterally change this Policy at any time.

6.2. By continuing to use the Site after changes, the User is considered to have accepted the new version.
